w201 fan belt setup photo please! 90-94 2.0i

many thanks to all the forum users who helped me resolve vacuum issues with my newly aquired w201 (diagrams etc) but could anyone send me hi-def photos of the fan belt/water pump/ power steering belt setup as my garage reckons a bracket is missing (from the "shock-absorber/damper-type mini-strut) that goes from the belt tensioner to-----??????(they don't know and they reckon a piece is missing so please help...........many thanks

It shows the belt set up in the back of the MB manual with my car. I don't have a scanner so can't post it but anyone with a MB 190E manual and scanner should be able to post it up.

might be as it looks nothing like my 2.0 petrol (that said, no engines that actually run do)!!!!!!! .............LOL

tom, thats picture of diesel engine as well, 2.0 petrol engine has a bracket atatched to left side of water pump which extends down to act as lower mounting for shocker it may be this bracket thats missing

thanx dunx!!! as luck would have it a-driving-glove-wearing-k-reg-2.0e-190e-owner pulled up beside me at tesco's pump-n-pay fuel-zone and i got a peek at his engine and it was all blatantly obvious (once i had seen it) how the tensioner/ fan/alternator belt is set up ......................thanx every1.........for ur input!!!!!!!!!1 i'll let y'all know how i get on.....................
