w203 air blow from ac slots without turn ac on

in my c-class 2006 , 2.2 diesel engine , the air blow from ac slots without turn ac on , it starts blowing air after turning ignition on and it keeps blowing air also after turning the engine on.
I opened the bonnet , while ignition is off there where no voice , after the ignition was turned on a weird sound , air flow sound around the battery side (left upper side under bonnet) and in cabin the air starts blowing as if you turn on ac on 3 degree .
please if anyone knows how to solve the issue , or for any further question please reply .

Hi and welcome. Do you have the auto button engaged? On my 209 this will ensure the vents blow cold on a warm day.

I’d be looking for water damage if electrics are doing strange things
