W203 CD Changer Help

I am looking for a cd changer for my 2005 w203 C Class estate, The model needed is a MC3330 part No A220 827 4642
I have found a lot of fibre optic types on E-bay but not sure if any others will
Will the cables be fitted even though this car has never had a changer fitted?
fit.
Could anyone also help me understand how the audio 20 comes out, I know it has 4 screws to hold it in but how do you get the switches in front out, I have had a go but do not want to do any damage.

Great to say I own a merc at last, great club and I will be fully joing.

Hi,
I have a MC3330 for sale. It is just over one year old and I want £140 including insured recorded delivery (Within UK). Or you can collect it for £120.
The ones on Ebay are MC3010 and the fibre optic connector is not the same.
Some of the C-Classes are pre-wired with the cabling located behind the Glove box. So there is no need to remove the Audio 20 Head unit.
