W203 CDI - Air Filter Housing

Lots of questions tonight!

I replaced one of the rubber mounts that hold the filter housing to the engine and i came across something that just doesn't look right.

Items 131, 119 & 125 are missing from my engine, are these an option extra? I can't see it as the hole in the filter casing is wide open to the elements.

The russian site describes it as an air cleaner drain. Look for yourself at

Ive never seen that pipe before so most be an option.
