W203 fuel tank cap mounting ?

Hi guys w203 fuel tank cap mounting it has always been loose since i had the car i just thought thats how it was flexible within the rubber surround anyway failed mot on it Does anyone know how it fits back on to the plastic fuel tank.

Its held in with a spring clip, you can see the bottom of the clip, if you cant, then i guess its missing!!

W203 petrol fuel tank filler

Hi got the fuel filler and the spring clip it looks like the plastic piece that the clip holds on is still attached to the fuel tank neck How does that come off (if it does) thanks for any help Malcolm

I sent the wrong one in the first place and I have now sent the correct one that is a little harder to do
