W210 questions to clear up confusion

I have a couple of questions I hope the collective can definitively answer for me, as "there is more than one part for your vehicle" isn't very helpful when looking at parts online...and before anyone says "check the owners manual" I don't have one...

1. As a 1998 V6 M112 is it safe to use E10 petrol? The government website isn't clear, suggesting that cars without a 3-way catalyst can't use it - I don't know if the car has one or not.

2. How do know if the car has SPS variable power steering or not? The steering is quite heavy at parking speeds, but lovely all other times. I just thought that's how it was until I came across a YouTube video which made me wonder...

3. Which are the correct spark plugs and oil grade? Lots of variations online and they can't all be right...

4. The car sometimes (but not all the time) has a steering wobble at 60mph - without throwing an open wallet at it, what are the most likely suspects?

Dont bother with shops, they dont know .They will only go off what information you tell them .Use your vin number to buy parts . Sort out the right part yourself first then ask the shop .If your info and the parts shop marry up its got to be right . I would try adjusting the front wheel bearings, nothing to loose and made a nice improvement on my S211.

Have you run your chassis number through the Vin checker? Shows all tge option you have etc.

According to this it has a tri-metal catalytic convertor so I assume that is the same as a 3 way catalytic convertor
