W211 oil change

Hi All,
Is there a guide on here on how to change the oil on a w211 e280 engine..
Do these engines still have a sump plug because I've seen the oil sucked out through the dip stick pipe using a small tank and pump.. Does any one know what this device is called?

Yes they do have a sump bung, remove the engine covers you will see it.

Its not hard to change the oil and filter. You just need to make sure you have the right equipment and can safely raise the car off the floor and chock it whilst you are underneath it, if you are not at all sure about anything, seek the advice of a professional.

Oil Extractor? There are both manual and electric pumps available. (personally like them very much, cleaner and easier than lift the car, remove plastic bottom covers etc.)

as ALWAYS, a proper look UNDER the car WILL see potential problems like brake lines, RUST, OTHER leaks, etc....

that's probalby half the reason why all them dealers NEVER see any ****** probs ! lol !
