Hello Dear,

I have a bizzare problem with my right hand side window. The window does not go up automatically when the auto up button is pressed. It goes automatically down tough.
I went to a frind with a lot of experience and Xentry - he made several tests and all actuators and possition sensors are okey, button is okey as well. The only error showing up as stored and current is this one:

Control unit "Door" has a malfunction. There is a general checksum error. - A24F41

He was not able to suggest a solution rather than maybe software update, we ran all the possible calibration and learning steps but no luck.

Anybody has some experience with that?

clear code, press buttons and see if it returns.
Sounds like the DCM to me.

After clearing, and trying it again it comes up as current and stored.

Sounds like you need a new door control module.

I would be tempted to try an 'electronic ' reset first.
Disconnecting the battery has its own issues.
A wiring diagram would be ideal for showing which connector that is easily accessible OR a fuse that would cut the power supply to the DCM can be unplugged to achieve this.

I will try to figure out which fuse it is. Car is Hybrid, so there are plenty of batteries to disconnect.
