What are all these fuel pipes (vito)

Building a custom Vito van from a write off.

Need to move derv fuel tank might fit smaller one.

What do all the pipes do?

1. Fuel out
2. Fuel return
3. Breathers there seem to be 2?
4. White thin tube? Whats this do?
5. What is the small add on tank at the side of the tank for?
