Any suggestions for CCTV?

I use Eufy cameras. Battery powered, lasting 6/12 months depending on location, and no monthly subscription as all video stored on a local hard drive which you can access remotely. Like everything else, a determined thief could disable it but they act as an obvious deterrent,

I use HIK Vision for the house & grounds (good quality cameras with night vision) and cheaper EZVIZ for the garage (Amazon plug & play).

All have night vision & motion detection built in with email instant alerts...

Don't forget the double lock function on key fob which should disable the keyless entry and make sure keys are kept as far away from car & front door as possible.

CCTV might be useful covering car, helps you sleep!

My brother kept 2x Doberman Pincers, when his house was burgled they found that the burglars simply let them out in the garden!

Absolute nothing... But i have phoned a person that have a SL R230 with the same interior colour as my car since i will buy the armrest cover from that car. The latch on the lid on my car is broken off so that is why i will buy the cover..

If your luck could be weakened seals for doors/windows.

Blocked drains under the bonnet all around the scuttle and sunroof drains.

Saw a post on another thread of someone having water in the sills and undoing a screw bing and draining it out!

Gave it a good vacuum out. I’m ashamed to say it needed it badly with several months’ worth of New Forest gravel and mud on the floor

I have some ring products but, always find these things with integrated lights to be a case of try before you buy as the light spread and intensity could be below reasonable expectations.

The unit is battery powered so don’t expect too much from the light source I have a floodlight on a seperate sensor in the area so it’s the video camera that’s of real interest to me. I’ll give some feedback when the units up

Washed mine for only the second time this year and after a 200 mile business trip.
It needed it (the shame )

But not as much as the Xtrail that still had 10% of Centre Parcs baked onto it.
Big car, lots of water, many tunes played whilst cleaning it

Hoover mine today and wash daughters Pug as it's off for it's MOT next week and we all know that helps...

A couple of C63’s, exceptional in AMG terms would have been a GT or an older pre-merger car.

The supercars were nice to see, Lamborghini Aventador, McLaren 720s, plenty of Astons and a good selection of Porsche’s.

Lots of Barry boy Calibra’s and Hondas too

We were on grandparent duty with our 6 and 8 year old grandsons yesterday, I’d put the car seats in the E53 the day before as I knew we would be shipping them about. When it came to loading them up and strapping them in they both said “is this a new car grandpar” and I said “yes”, they then said “I really like your steering wheel I’ve never seen one like that before it’s great”. Without looking up I thought so do I and when I did look up it was the Disklok steering wheel security cover they were talking about - made me smile
