It's not in the user manual, is it a warning light? It's always on, it seems, even when the temperature goes to the right of the center line at 90°

Thank you!

“Comfort” mode on, you can select different ones and the display will change

I see, so I assume there's a default mode where there won't be an indicator?

Thanks for answering my question!

Sold - 2021 CLA 35 Premium.
It is in the manual under 'Drive Programs' or 'Dynamic Select', and Comfort is the default mode.
There will always be an indicator that shows which mode has been selected.

Default mode will be C, then depending on models, E for Eco, S for sport, S+ sports+, and I for individual.

And, if you have flappy paddles, M for Manual!

When I use my flappy paddles, the mode indicator stays on C, S or whatever
It does depend on the model, on mine it does show M

Mine changes to M too when I use the paddles, but this appears in the gear display indicator which is to the left of the drive program in the original photo.
