A mate has a Merc for sale (I would love it but at the moment can`t afford it) he is buying a 3 year old Merc. the one for sale is a 190E 2.3 cosworth, its about 20 years old but one family owned from new, lovely condition, fully serviced, 115k, new mot, he is spending £23,000 on the new car but they have only offered him £1,700 part X, this does`nt seem a lot for such a class car, any thoughts....
