The engine will certainly fit but you may have to change some of the other components as well. I suspect that the gear ratios are different to make the most out of each engine. I would suggest that you change the gearbox as well. You can check this by finding the part number stamped on the sides of the gear boxes or talking to your local dealership.
I think that you will find the exhaust system different. I think that only the back box is the same. Have a look or check with an ehaust supplier.
Also check that the fuel pump, filter and actuentor (or what ever it is called) is the same. They will almost certainly be running at different fuel pressures.
You will probably have to swap over the spark amplifier, coil and wiring loom that controls the cold start valve.
Finally, the vacumm system which operates the central locking and lights may be different but I don't think so
