Windows rare problem

hello, I have a problem with the windows in the Mercedes clk w209, the left side of the driver is completely disconnected from the traffic and does not want to work, not even the lights in the buttons. Recently, the driver's window did not close and currently the rear windows are also open, but the buttons on the back have working lights. We did a reset but only the right passenger side works normally, please give a specific answer

Get it to an indy and onto STAR to find out what is going on.

With this effecting more than door and with intermittent behaviour I would suspect water damage somewhere or a SAM unit failure, but in reality that is only a hunch.

As per @Larkone , a check with a code reader and someone with good knowledge of how to interpret them is really required. (Water in the electrics will show multiple codes that appear unrelated).

For example, there are many electrical components and connections under the passenger footwell carpet in these cars and water ingress through the footwell air vents due to blocked drains can be missed.

Get the codes read - is that spexific enough.
Could be a DCM, could be a SAM, could be mice ate a wiring loom, so on and so forth.

A specific answer will be having the codes read and the computers telling what the problem is and pointing to a solution by an experienced garage.
