wot radio do i have ?

hi ,
i`v bought a 320c avantgarde x plate , it has a radio/cd/sat nav system installed , its an original unit and also operated the multi cd thingy , but the display is faulty , any1 know what the system is likely to be called and what i can replace it with ?

Would the car be a 203 as there is no 320 in the 202 range

All i know malcolm is that its a C class 320avantgarde and its on an Xplate ,iv notice on the site cars being refered to as 203 and such , but im not quite up too speed on that yet , sorry i`m not much help .

If it has a large screen it will be the Comand, if just the same size as a normal radio, but it has navigation on it it will be the Audio 30 APS

Audio 30 APS , your rite on the money malcolm . theres a couple on ebay for around £200 ,do u think thats as good an option as a repair , or i wonder if u can do an exchange for a recon one anywhere.

Thats starting to sound technical malcolm . this isnt going to be like swapping the radio in my cortina is it lol . the radio on ebay does show the connections at the back , im thinking that taking mine out and making sure there compatible is that way to go , the front on the units are identical tho , so heres hoping . Can i ask you wot your thought`s are on the comand units , i was tempted totry and fit one , but it seems a bit of a job and expensive to boot .

If you buy another ,pull your radio out and note the number on the label on it, and only replace with the same number.

Your unit does every thing that you want, but you have no map to look at, but so what, the comand is not worth the difference
