Not at all - mine was on a Cortina Mk3 1600XL with go faster stripes I'll have you know:cool: (that was not the mod something far more exotic!)

I got to many to be a favourite, generally stuffing a big engine in is my favourite mod, but the cab sign on the roof seemed to amuse most of me mates rather than scare em silly which is what normally happens. :D

I grew out of modding quite early on. I had a 205 gti which I lowered, changed the airflow meter and stuck a janspeed zorst on. That lot made it almost unbearable! I guess my fave mods are zorst related. The tvr is de-corked and the bike has termi pipes. Mods should suit the car though and I'm not really in to modded mb's tbh

Mod to current car is the LPG although i didnt do it.

Mod that i did would be............probably putting M5 wheels on my old 525, it changed the whole look of the car. looked really nice. But i didnt debadge it and put M5 badges on before anyone suggests. Or any type of ///M stickering.

Like Stumpy, Termignoni exhausts (& chipped) on the bike. Then had to fit fully floating Brembo discs and radial master cylinder to stop her. Dropped a tyre size from 190 to 180 to make her pitch in easier on lighter Marchesini wheels.

Reluctant to fiddle too much with the c220cdi (I want reliability with the car)

Mine is chipped too, and I have a single seat unit with custom paint front and rear. All the other stuff is stock but then I hardly ever ride it. Twice this year in fact.

My fave MB mod are chrome arches

Best mod?

I once put a dixie horn in a mk2 granada funeral limousine. A sound quite incongruous with what you'd expect from the car. It got quite a few laughs.
