2013 w204 drl Led one side out.

recently bought a 2013 w204 c-class estate. noticed this morning that the right side drl didn't come on. looking through threads and the user manual there should be a warning displayed on the dash saying RH or LH drl is not working. I had no caption and the left one works fine. could this be a possible replacement with aftermarket lights or am i wasting my time with a possible wiring fault? shouldn't be the fuse as i believe this routes power to both LED strips so non would work if that failed. however, with no warning in the dash it leaves my mind in a pickle.

Check the DRL isn’t cracked From stone chips etc if water gets in it can damage them , no idea if you get a warning light tho ? I had one replaced at MB when it went in for a service and wasn’t cheap but got club discount
