ambient lighting not working in Mercedes C Class W205 2019

Hi there, i am the owner of a red C300 W205 2019, I have the interior lighting in this car with the 64 colours but it has randomly stopped working, does anyone know if there is a fuse I could look at to fix this? Sorry, I am not very mechanically minded and wish to look at this with my dad first before we go anywhere for further diagnostics.

We went ahead and disconnected the battery and left it for 30 mins, battery back on and lights came on everywhere, footwell, center console and at the door handles
