Anyone used Alliance Cars in Cardiff

Hi

has anyone got any views on Alliance Cars, Cardiff - they state they're an MB specialist, but I can't find any reviews on them. I understand that they acquired Kings (MB specialist), but Kings seemed to have a pretty bad reputation in the past. Any feedback would be much appreciated as my girl's car has an ABS light on (something to do with OSR speed sensor according to the OBDC reader) and seems to be having intermittent issues changing up gears. We've used Stuttgart in the past, but weren't overly impressed.

I have used them for MOT's in the past, but did find them a bit OTT.

I seem to recall that they were more of a Jaguar specialist, but did have a pretty good merc guy as well.

I have found Stuttgart to be better, but times change, so who knows

Just a bit of feedback on this. First impressions are very good - work involved a one spanner service and replacement rear pads / discs on an SLK200 (2002). Also to rectify a speed sensor fault.

Another company to check out is Redcastle Classics - they specialise in Pontons ( particularly the 190SL ) , Pagodas , Fintails and 107's but also have newer stuff like 124's and 126's in from time to time , so may be helpful .

Hi i went to this garage on the stregth it was kings cars guys and was told that by nick the owner,but after being stitched up and messed about and lied to[dont use this garage] i found out the mechanic from kings cars had enough months before and had let and now works in continental cars in cardiff bay who i use reguarly and have never let me down.
