Seems like some of the wires in the drivers door have broken, definitely the ones for the speakers and also suspecting the soft close. Only had the car for about 2 weeks but I guess I knew what I was getting into!

Complete newbie when it comes to fixing this so thinking that it might be better to just leave it to someone that knows what they are doing.

Did anyone get this sorted in London and if so would you recommend to use them? Also, what was the cost?

Thanks,
Kim

It is indeed. I am down in SE London but wouldn't mind having a reason to drive a bit further.

Thanks Kim

Then WG in Harrow, by the Harrow Weald Station, he is a very good man and he knows these cars well.

If you like a drive, head down to Lightwater and the guys at Comand. They deal with this sort of stuff day in, day out.

+1 For Wayne Gates in Harrow, Terry and Jamie are both very knowledgeable and very helpful.

This is a common fault on these cars. Easily rectified without the need to strip the door and replace the loom ;)
