C Class W203 type 203046 Wing Mirror part number

I am trying to source the N/S (passenger side) wing mirror mechanism on my 2004 C Class w203. I obtained one from an overseas supplier but although it stated that it was for the W203 2000-2004 it was incorrect. The supplied version stated "with memory", and had the number 41-3133-401. Can this be adapted to my vehicle?
The number on the fixing plate of my unit is 41-3133-403 but my local mercedes garage say this is not the part number. Can anyone help me with the correct part number?

I do not need the cover or the mirror glass, just the mechanism
Any help would be appreciated.
I would like to find a generic version as the Mercedes part is too expensive

keep a constant eye on ebay for parts, cars being broken.

not sure if you can get the motor separate from the housing.

the original lasted 16 years. i would get new original. did you try places like ECP. i cant see this part seperately available
