As an answer to your question I could say low atf, gearbox electro plate, gearbox control unit, gear level control unit etc..
Each one of the above can cause gear issues, but each displays certain symptoms.
A better explanation of the fault might help, but ultimately the answer will be to get diagnosed on star.

If the battery is old or not holding voltage the ancillaries including gearbox will start to shut down so my first port of call would be to check the battery and replace if necessary

What did you use to reset codes and what codes were there before you reset them?

P0730 is the clue - the other 26 relate to fuel.
That said it's also probably only part of the story.
But going on that code alone possible causes are as previously mentioned.
Check fluid level and if still getting it after fluid verified as correct it could be stuck valve (dirt contamination usually), failed electroplate or failed oil pump.
Pray it's low oil.

You need to buy a dipstick for the box. It's marked on the dipstick.
You'll also need a new lock tab for the dipstick hole. You can't leave the dipstick in permanently.

Are u seeing those 13.8v of the AC control options position 24? Or are u taking the reading with a multimeter. Mind that the voltage on the AC special menu position 24 will shows 13.0/13.8v but if u use a multimeter ether using the from pin to jump start of by touching the back battery u should get a reading of 14.5v this way u know the battery is receiving charge from the alternator.

Had last month similar issue. With battery low, but end up having to change the starter. So even with battery low i was able to start the car (after replacing the starter)

If bought from a Dealer, then get him to fix it f.o.c.
