Hello all! I need a radio code for my w124

Hello everyone! I own a mercedes w124, an 1990, engine 2.5d 110 hp. I recently changed the battery and it asks me for an unlock code. I have seen on the internet that the serial number is needed for unlocking: AL0811C0647032. If anyone has it it would help me a lot! Thanks!

Welcome to the forum.
At one time you could get the radio code from this site but your serial# starting AL makes me think its an Alpine unit which isn't on the list of codes.

The alternative is to take your V5 with some ID to your main dealer and they should be able to give you the code.

AMG I was with radio -code it for years , but it went off for some reason , and would not work . Just joined again thanks for that .

As in Post#2 above, take your V5 and some ID into the main dealers and they can supply the code at no cost.
