My dad had one when I was about 10 , a very very long time ago.
Large dollops of respect to whoever is keeping this beauty on the road

Back in the early 60's I was a salesman at a top end sports car dealership and these were always my favourites, I think that big old iron Chrysler V8 that was the attraction :D

Yes, because they rust badly…

Are you thinking of the Reliant Scimitar-they had a glass fibre body
and Princess Anne had one ;)

I believe she had eight in total :)

They had a very expensive rear window as I recall about £3k in the day to replace

The sills had to be perfect as they held the reserve vacuum for the brake servo..... My father had the predecessor - the CV8, He bought a 4 year old one back in 1968 ish for about £1200. Brilliant car but some thought them ugly..

a colleague of mine has owned a Jensen for 25 years now , its even been used in films and TV work , certainly one of my fave cars from that era , such a cool name for a car

No, I couldn't get them all on, file size too big.

They were one of those cars that should have been vaccinated in the factory to prevent the spread of rust !
