Mercedes 250CDI Remapping!!!

Morning guys,

Happy Easter!!! We had a lovely 250CDI in yesterday for power tuning, the car was lovely inside and out and the customer drive all the way from Ireland that morning as he was that desperate to get us to tune it!

The 250CDI engine runs the Delphi injectors and Delphi management which we have full lines of communication via the OBD port so there is no need to remove the ECU from the vehicle.

She went from 204bhp and 500nm to 265bhp and 605nm of torque with gearbox mapping.

When you say gearbox mapping, can you explain what you mean precisely?

interesting, I wonder what my 2009 W212 E350 would go to then...? and for how much, only problem for me is I live in Sweden...

We have limited access to gearbox shift patterns and other tables which allow us to improve the gearbox shift times and smooth out gear changes, also this gives us control to allow for fast shifting in manual mode also so say under heavy breaking you can easily drop it two gears and there is no hesitation it will just drop.

Good evening Anyweb,

What standard horse power is your 350CDI? Your vehicle will more than likely be running an EDC platform say CP04 or CP10! Depending on the horse power output the gains will differ slightly as they run different injectors and turbo's.

You can also ship your ECU to us? We have ECU's sent to us all the time.

it's 231bhp right now

Good morning,

The 231bhp model tune very well! Easily achieve 300bhp and 700-710nm of torque! It will run the EDC17 CP10 platform though so you will have to send the ECU to us and we can programme it on the bench for you. We have excellent turn around and it should only be gone a few days. The ECU location in those is in the front right wheel arch so the car will have to be jacked up and wheel removed.
