Oil leak dont know where its coming from 2008 E320 cdi w211

Hi guys first time posting, hope you're well.

I have an oil leak coming from my 2008 E320 cdi. It's somewhere at the front top of the engine bay but unsure where. It's leaking onto the rubber pipes below, undertray and onto the left side of the fan housing. I've also noticed a hose that's got a split but unsure if that is the culprit.
