Hello. I would like to ask for advice. The second time the engine light came on and the diagnostics threw error P141000 - "oxygen concentration, release phase, not reliable, low" it happened to me when there was little fuel in the tank, 2x. Please do you know what it could be? Model w204, 2008, 320CDI, 7G tronic. Thank you

I changed the air filters. I cleaned the mass airflow sensor. problem still continues. I already have a higher fuel consumption. 15l/100km. What should I do? do I have to buy a new mass airflow sensor? will that be it for sure? Please help.

You need to get it on STAR and get it properly diagnosed - throwing bits at it is a bit like playing darts with a blindfold, you might be lucky

MB's diagnostic tool - used by MB garages and independents, allows the deepest possible dive into what is actually going on to allow for proper diagnosis and avoids throwing parts at the problem. Put your location up (or in your profile) and someone should be able to point you to an indy in your area (much cheaper than MB stealerships)

+1, that code and definition sounds wrong.

Xentry is used on W204's, W205's etc, STAR is used on older vehicles, up to around 2007

Thank you.
At that mileage on a diesel engine you get a lot of carbon build up.
Also, the injector tips may need cleaning.

I would change the air filter first and then test.
