I am attempting to reduce the whoosh of wind noise from my passenger window at speeds above 50+. (SL320 2000 - 54k) The noise is damped by 4 layers of gaffer tape stuck across the top leading edge of the glass. Not cool! So I figure I have to adjust the glass up by approx 2 - 3 mm. The glass does raise and fall the 12-15mm upon opening and closing the door, but just not up enough!
What's the process... loosen 3 nuts at the pink arrows, and lever the glass up and re-tighten, or is there something else I should know? Is there some adjustment on 1 and 2 or near my marked red blobs?
Thanks for your help...
