W202 C180 Annoying Engine Roar - cold start

Hello, i am getting a very annoying sound while performing a cold start. I have though about a bad belt or something like that but i am not sure.
Maybe you can help me with my problem.

Sounds like a bearing to me, though it would be purely guesswork to suggest which one.

My immediate thought would be the water pump as it's a similar sound to one I've heard before. One way of determining would be to listen to them all through a stethoscope or by using a long handled screwdriver. Another, and possibly better way, would be by disconnecting the various belts one by one until you can pinpoint it down to the specific area, hopefully it's just a tensioner or something.
