Hey. I got a W211 OM642 engine. I changed turbo once because it was dragging oil into exhaust, brand new turbo. After change i have to fill oil every 5-6 days. I have changed the crank ventilation, and this cover behind, and still no changes. It Smokes much. Looks like i create a fog behind me when i drive and covers cars behind, white/grey smoke. EGR is removed, and DPF and cats are also removed. And i cannot find the problem. Can it be internal in the engine? Or can turbo be bad already? Changed it 1 month ago..

Careful if you are getting excess fuel in the cylinders .
if it's not all burning ,it could get past your piston rings and dilute your oil

Doubt that op saying he always topping up oil level. If no turbo issues .guides, rings .start with compression test . Then hold rpm at smoking point,inplug/ back off injectirs 1 by 1 see if that locates issue.

Injectors and ecu can be damaged by unplugging when engine is running.

Moat decent diagnostic kit allows for dropping injection off 1by1
If its common rail a work around could be a blanking plug on one outlet at a time ,no ?

Don’t dismiss a new turbo being faulty, remove exit pipe to check.

I took of pipe behind turbo, and the propeller was clean but much oil in pipe, almost like glue texture. I am guessing piston rings, im doing comp test as soon as i can

Did you check exhaust manifold pipes to see if clear of oil? If rings, there would be a lot of crankcase pressure.

I would not say that its much pressure in the crank case, not that i know of. But no there was no oil in the manifolds as i could see, only exhaust behind turbo

Then I would suspect turbo.
