2006 CLS500
Hello all. I've been having some airmatic issues with my 2006 CLS500. For context, it's done 113k miles and sadly over winter it sat for a few weeks at a time without usage as I wasn't about. Whilst anticipating issues between 100-120k, all my troubles have come at once.

I noticed a rear arch dropping pretty shortly after turning off the engine, so gathered that I had a leaky airbag; I replaced both rear airbags with Arnott a few months ago and this worked great for about 1,000 miles. Last week, I got the "visit workshop" on the dash and hooked the car up to iCarSoft and it kicked up code 5508 "pressure line system leaks".

I thought the compressor might be cooked if I didn't catch the leak quick enough, so replaced it over the bank holiday with a new one (cheap chinese but the only one available), and also a new relay. This didn't do anything but by this point I was also getting the red "STOP, car too low" and:
5170 - B7 (AIRmatic pressure sensor): Signal failure
5300 - Y36/6 (AIRmatic central reservoir charge valve): open circuit
5350 - A9/1y1 (AIRmatic pressure release valve): open circuit

I waited until Tues and bought the B7 pressure sensor (£60, direct from MB, and is incidentally the same part as for the air con pressure sensor). The car recognised the sensor being plugged in/unplugged as the 049 B7 pressure gave 0 bar and 35 bar respectively, and I tested the wiring and there is power to the sensor. For about 20 seconds and only when jacked up, the compressor did kick in and I heard a hissing from both rear airbags, but the car didn't lift at all. I did get about 1-second of compressor action when I exited and re-entered the AIRmatic menu on the iCarSoft kit. I can see power at each level sensor, and it tells me the accurate level of each corner.

Overall, I've replaced: rear airbags, AIRmatic relay, compressor, compressor filter, pressure sensor, and checked pressure sensor power/fuses and sprayed valve block for leaks.
I haven't replaced: valve block, front airbags, level sensors.

Could it just be that the valve block is the last thing I haven't done and is the culprit? I couldn't source the part over the weekend but otherwise I'm running out of parts to replace!

Any help much appreciated,
Simran

For anyone wondering, I replaced the valve block and it did nothing. That said, I went back to the rear of the vehicle where I replaced the airbags... And saw that the push-fit airline was unplugged. Turns out the system wasn't lying and there truly was no pressure. Lesson learned to always check your own work first before accusing other parts of the system!

On the bright side, at least the air suspension is mostly overhauled :)
