what brand of sealant was it pal ??

Loctite 5490, it just seems to be staying very wet, maybe it doesn't go off as quick in the colder weather.
Or I haven't cleaned all the wax off.

Given the windscreen a quick clean up after realising that my detailing person used something sticky on it.

Now thrown a suitcase in the boot and going to have a sneaky night in Nottingham with a few AMG friends, only one of them from this forum though.

Took my clean car out of the garage and spent 90 minutes cleaning it. Quite unnecessary but it was a sunny afternoon and I wanted to be outside. Chatting with neighbours and enjoying my clean machine. Simple pleasures.

Replaced the front brake pads ... all by myself

Found out the cheapo trolley jack is (was) absolute rubbish - uneven ground (rough concrete driveway, slight incline) - bended the frame. Bottle jack and axle stands saved the day.

Use some hardboard to let the jack roll. Works on tarmac of other rough surface.

Standard MB pads?
Bought standard MB ones for the rear (for the next time, when both front and rear will be done), but Bosch pads for the front - local MB didn't have the sport version specified in EPC.
