Use some hardboard to let the jack roll. Works on tarmac of other rough surface.Replaced the front brake pads ... all by myself
Found out the cheapo trolley jack is (was) absolute rubbish - uneven ground (rough concrete driveway, slight incline) - bended the frame. Bottle jack and axle stands saved the day.

Bought standard MB ones for the rear (for the next time, when both front and rear will be done), but Bosch pads for the front - local MB didn't have the sport version specified in EPC.Standard MB pads?
