Covid test ever so slightly positive this morning, I decided to rebuild the suspension compressor........


Head bolts sheared, Tig weld M6 nuts to the stubs.



Wee bit of corrosion forcing the seal out.



Bore scored through the hard anodizing, looks like the ring was so worn the Wobl piston has been touching.



It was borderline clean up and fit the repair kit to get get by for a while until a new one can be sourced then it fell out of the vice and broke the piston off the rod!
Arnott pump sourced and fitted, need a new relay now and preferably some new rubber mounts. Expensive Arnott weekend.
