Well not being a historian and having a limited knowledge of the happenings of yesteryear.. I think the titanic sailed in 1912 and Northern Ireland ..the state of.. wasn't created until around 1920 .. So in effect the Titanic could not have been built in NI as it did not exist at the time...
There is nothing like a bit of history to create a bit of friction..
