I’ve had this sort of pinging/ringing noise when accelerating under load. Cannot really hear it when in neutral only when I gear I was able to get a video left foot on brake and accelerating, any clue what it could be? Thought maybe chain but mechanic said chain was fine.

Hi wondering if anyone can help with as to what the noise might be when I accelerate. Is it just the engine noise? Only does it when in drive.
