Hi

Anyone heard of Aerosus germany

Struts look cheap and they say they are new not rebuilt with 2 year warranty

I recently fitted some to a members cars on the other side ( they sourced the air springs ).
Tbh the parts looked fine, but afterwards there was a distinct knocking noise from the n/s/r.
We checked and double checked the vehicle, but could see nothing wrong externally.
So I assumed the obvious

Price seems very cheap can even get the VAT off if you have a number

An exchange is only good if they pay the labour to fit replacement. ECP only pay about £30p/h on warranty stuff. No good if your down south.

Very good point and for the rear bags, Labour can be very high!

An old post, but beware, they use recon parts... Fitted one to my phaeton a few days back....

Yup, still ****** leaking !

Aerosus's response was to offer a refund, after I pay the postage etc...

Their solution, like a MB dealer is to ask for more MONEY lol !

Avoid. Just buy the repair kits from China ( which is where they get them from anyway ).

There is a good source of airmatic struts in the UK now cheap, just hoping that they will start doing the ABC version soon.
