When I get the car back I will check that out. How do I test the fuel pump relay?

Bridge 87 and 30 with a bit of wire!
Your hear the fuel pump kick in!
It will kick in Malc, tested many 202,s and 210s this way!!
The numbers on the socket do not relate to the ones on the relay and you would need to bridge 30 and 87 on the relay, but if no injector pulse, not sure about it being that but worth a try
The crankshaft sensor is the biggest reason for all cars doing this, it is this that gives the pulse to the ECU's
Then all I can do is to give you a print out on the ECU pins and the voltages there on.
But I need the next 3 numbers after 202 and the build date
can I simply change the ecu if i buy a second hand one? do i have to do anything else?
Depends on the year of the car, if early then no
