Engine cutting, voltage hitting 15v

Hey there, hoping yku could help;

Mercedes c180 2012 blue efficiency - auto

Faults are; on take off after starting engine "parking release break" warnings appears, then "front left malfunction, consult workshop" "front right malfunction, consult workshop", engine will sometimes go into limp mode after this. Other times the engine cuts whilst accelerating.

Alternator has been replaced.

Could this be caused by a faulty batter? I have just noticed in its previous service history that it failed a battery load test.

Forgot to mention, the car was reaching 15volts whilst idling

You would need a proper Mercedes star diagnostic done to get the proper fault codes as the ones you've posted sound generic from an OBD reader. A poor battery will put lights and fault codes on like a Christmas tree. Also check electrics for water ingress. If battery is gone get it replaced as it will need to be before you fork out money for a diagnostic session if needed. Some of the Merc techs might answer later with previous knowledge of what you are describing. Always better to replace the cheapest parts and the ones you know are definitely faulty to start with.
