Hello, i am new to this club and i am looking for some expert advice.
Problem: had had of black smoke coming out even when easy on the throttle. At first thought it'd be an easy fix with some gasket changes and inlet pipe or smth. Worse things happened and turned out to be a warped head, well ****.. Had the head repaired, that took almost 2 months, put some new gaskets and parts on the engine when putting back together. Took a few days but finally got it done, ofc there was no fuel since it was sitting and all the fuel stuff was was off. Finally it cranked over but died, which is normal, but it did that wayyy too many times, and when i got it running after some time, it had no power whatsoever.
Tl;dr: had engine rebuilt, was running fine before rebuild only smoking, now runs very poorly, has no power still starts bad sometimes.
Im out of ideas of what it may be that causes this.
Also sorry if this post seems out of order, i am not a native english speaker.
Best regards,
A fellow mb owner
