My C220 engine feels like it wants to keep going when in drive with the foot or parking break applied.

My C220 engine sounds and feels like it wants to keep going when in drive with the foot or parking break applied.

It sounds like I'm accelerating to go when the break is on!

Any ideas why? Any help appreciated.

Delete the code.
Does the engine light come ON..?
When the code appears again, make a note of exactly what the car was doing at that time.

If there is no engine light then it's unlikely to be a combustion/air/exhaust issue as they nearly always throw an orange light.
I'd suspect a gearbox issue. Possibly conductor plate? When was gear oil last changed?

I just bought the car not long ago, well swapped it. So I haven't a clue when the last person that had it changed the gear oil to be honest!

Could that be the issue or part of an issue!
