Re. leak off testing, why would 4 out of 5 injectors leak off within 3%, and one leak off 25% less, would this not indicate a problem?

All codes have been cleared, however I am unable to find a description for a lot of the B10xxx codes.

Injector 4 is a newly refurbed unit, I will carry out a cold crank leak off test, and a smooth running injector test today and post the results.

leak off test was as before, all approx the same with injector 5 a bit lower. Leak off test at 3000rpm, was also the same. Ran smooth running test @1000rpm, 2000rpm, 3000rpm. Values were always between -1.0 and +1.0 mm/hub. I am happy there is no fault with the injectors. Again cleaned EGR coked up after 3000 miles  (waiting for resistors/diodes to delete and blank off. Cleaned breather, removed filter to turbo hose and cleaned (lots of gunge here, but hose OK). Put it all back together, added millers to 1/2 tank, and drove for 150 miles. Car is now noticably better, feels smoother, more responsive, however I still have a hesitation at low rpm/accelerator position. Feels fuel related, engine goes quiet as if it is about to die, then surges forward. But no more EPC faults :D

Got a bit too enthusiastic and regassed the A/C, only to find a hissing from behind the dashboard, new evaporator required and dashboard out :(
