w216 CL63 AMG Command...am I doing something wrong?

Hi all,

sorry if there's a similar question here already. I have just bought my dream car CL 63 and it looks like I am missing few things in the menu settings, e.g. advanced adjustment of seats and massage setting, which should be there according to the owners manual.
I am the owner for few days only so I don't know if I just can't find it. I only have the "lumbar support" setting in the car, and it probably doesn't work either.
There are no other seat settings or massage function in Command.
The car also has a rear view camera, but in the "Assistance" section under Speedometer, the Rear View Camera option isn't even there, so I can't turn it on.

I'd put your vin number into a vin decoder and see if it actually came with massage seats, it may be in the manual,but would have been an option.

VIN decoder says

432	DYNAMICS SEAT, FRONT LEFT AND RIGHT

I´ve been told it should be massage seats, previous owner confirmed the massage function worked. Even if it´s not there should be many more seat adjustment in the menu.

But it´s not only the case of seats, I have rear view camera installed on the car´s butt and I can´t turn it on in the menu.

Rear view camera only comes on when reverse is selected unless you have 360 cameras.

Ask previous owner to show you or tell you how to get massage seats working.

I tried to turn it on with reverse selected, but no success yet.

I asked previous owner about massage seats, but he said he didn´t use it.

To me, the car menu looks much thinner as it should be looking at the owner´s manual, or I just don´t know how to use it (coming from BMW iDrive)

The camera should open automatically when reverse is selected.

However there is an option to turn it off in the Comand system, not sure if it's the vehicle settings or main settings.

Have tried searching on Youtube? plenty of videos on there for operating various features and settings.

But I am sure the menu from 0:37 in the video I don´t have in my car. I can´t find it

Massage function was an option on the CL63, didn't come automatically with Dynamic seat option, so your car might not have it. The massage function is Pulse Mode in Comand. Select which seat, turn dial, pulse mode appears, press and menu appears - it may be turned to Off, otherwise you can have 4 settings.

Today I realized the trunk is only opening up to the roof height, so I tried to follow manual and search for trunk opening restriction setting.

Surprisingly (or not) this option is not in the menu. Weird, weird, weird...

This means there is a leak in the system.

If you press the seat button on the centre console, it should take you straight to the to the seat adjustment menu with pulse option etc.

The seats use air to inflate bladders to do various things

if it goes from the setting back to 0, it means there is fault, usually its a leak, but also can be broken pump, faulty valve etc.

But I don’t get why there are missing settings like trunk restriction, rear view camera etc.
