What is the latest firmware/software version for W212 Audio 50 APS?

Gents,

Today I visited MB Bristol for service. Upon completion of the work I asked if there is any new firmware/software update for the Audio 50 APS unit on my 2011 W212, they said they always update the software to the latest one. I checked the unit and it still showing the original software version when I purchased the car:

SW Build: 16.203
Date: 16.03.11 (<--This is 16th March 2011, not 2016!)
Dev. Name: HB_HU212Mid
Supplier Type: 9013

I am wondering if the dealer was too lazy and wasn’t bothered to check the update. Does anyone know if there is any newer software available?

Just like they always apply the free map updates on COMAND. Yet mine still had the same maps it left the factory with until I asked it to be rectified!

I can't answer your specific query but if there is the best people to speak to would probably be comandonline or COMAND.co.uk.
