W212 handbook states that wheel nut torque is 130nm
Any ideas for a 219?
Mercedes give 130Nm with A2214010370 bolts, and 150Nm with A0009903507 bolts.
Television another good post for you there .I was looking , as i have removed the first one from the car to refurb by hand. Not to bad realy the reverse was better than the front. It had been washed so many times only primer coat showing in places. Thanks again.
What size bolts will fit mercedes 10 hole alloys on a 1997 w202
C Class Saloon W202
Production dates: 06/1997-04/2000
The first generation C Class. Also available as an estate (S202). The alloy wheels for the Mercedes 202 series use a PCD5x112, centre bore 66.5mm and M12x1.5 bolt thread
Look at link below:
As Simon but the length of the M12 bolt will depend on the wheel fitted, the bolt length is important as too long and they will foul the parking brake shoes.
Sso is the centre bore the length of the bolt?
The center bore is the diameter of the actual hub that the wheel fit onto, the wheel bolt length depends on the wheel fitted and they can be different
It's ft/lb, and it didn't go away. One just needs to make the conversion.
TV are you sure about the same value for both steel, and alloys. Alloy is softer than steel.
Re normal tightening then yes, just the 1 figure given in WIS
The forum never fails me. I'm doing a service on my car, just checked the brakes and putting on the wheels, of course, I forgot the torque. Did a search on duckduckgo.com for mercedes wheel bolt torque and bob's your uncle, I'm in this thread.
It is all in a sticky here
Always good to get it on the correct thread before applying the torque.
