service history

The online service history is owned by MB, but I'm sure I read somewhere that some indies are allowed to access and update it. Is this right? And can anyone recommend a high quality genuine MB indy specialist in/around Lancashire, ideally Preston?

After Mercedes updated their online portal, I cannot see the link to my digital service record. Anyone have any ideas? I could see all past service records before this update! Thanks.
