ANDROID INTEGRATED INSTALL

Hello All, im new on the forum and have just bought a 2012 E220 CDI RHD. From what ive read it appears to have an NTG 4 unit though im not entirely sure. I would like to get and Android screen that will integrate with the existing head unit so that i dont loose any of the other features i have. My unit current does not have SAT NAV. My car does not have the slot to plug n play in the glove box. Can any one point me to where i can find out firstly if i can install and Android screen on this car and secondly what all i would need to get?

This company, Integrated Auto, has received some favourable comment on here and I think it’s the same, or similar, to the kit the guys at Lightwater fit.

I have one in my car that i bought and fitted myself. Not a bad job to do but a bit of a pain to get it all set up if you have not done one but once done they are great. I added WIFI onto my system so i can watch youtube and everything else you do on your mobile phone.

great how did you add wifi? i thought the purpose of carplay or android audio was to use the phones functionality? thanks

I used a wifi dongle rather than my phone because i have a habit of leaving my phone at home. As for the unit they are worth the effort and the money.

I bought the carplay unit from Integrated Auto for my W222... it works really well
