So far I haven't had any issues with E10 even in my old classic cars, the 50 year old Triumph sits with 1/2 a tank of E10 in it, I have only had to use the car twice since October and no problem starting or running, the TR7 has had the E10 since it became available. That car has been started a few times over the last year, no problem with E10. The Missus cut the grass yesterday again the mower has sat with E10 since October, started first pull of the cord.
All our other cars start fine with the stuff and run great.......However the Money Pit, well that's another story........;)

If we can afford it!!
Petrol in Aylesbury yesterday was £1.57 a litre and if you buy over £10 worth, you get a voucher for 2p off a litre on your next visit.

Diesel in Daventry is 169.9 per litre.
In Rugby Sainsbury's it's 157.9 - it's cheaper for me to drive to Rugby and refuel as long as I'm getting more than half a tank!

The average price per litre for diesel our way seems to be 176.9. It just keeps going up in price, just wondering how they can get away with their increases when a delivery was 157.9 2 days ago and no further delivery has been to compensate the price increase...............Oh silly me, if Putin can get away with what he's doing............I just had a thought, I have roughly 8 cars, most with fuel in them, I could have over 300 litres and I would have averaged 145.9 a litre when last filled, so anyone want some gas, only 170.9 :D

E10 159.9 today. I’ve never spent this much on a tankful before. I read somewhere that UAE have agreed to boost production and the oil price slumped so may be some relief round the corner?

I seen this on the news this morning and the price had indeed dropped in anticipation...but then they said it would not actually be happening after all.

It will all be subject to change though so who knows what will happen...and that goes for everything at the moment.

And now gone up again.

The thing that gets me is yesterday all 3 main stations were at 175.9 for diesel. Today they're all at 179.9 - at least the two smaller ones are cheaper (169.9 and 176.0). Really stinks of price fixing or at the least taking the pi55.

Still cheaper to drive 15 miles to Rugby and buy it there if I need 40 litres or more.

Always has been price fixing on fuel. When I had a filling station back in the mid 70's we used to keep a very close eye on what the other local stations were doing. Petrol customers didn't have and still havn't any loyalty to anyone and you could easily lose customers if you didn't keep in line with the other local stations. To drive an extra mile or two to save a penny a gallon, as it was in those days, wasn't an issue as it still isn't to-day
