Before removing, replacing ANYTHING in there have the area blasted out, clean. Dry dust, compressor, caked mud, pressure washer. Get urself an exploded diagram of it before dismantling, you can get seal kits.

You reckon I should just get seal kit instead of a refurbished valve block? The area is pretty clean, cleaned it yesterday when I was testing the inlet pipe, I don't know where to find the diagrams lostkiwi was kind enough to send some

Hi all, you wouldn't believe what Mercedes told me, I live about 5 minutes away from the dealer so I just wanted to check the prices for the rear valve block and the sensor.
So they told me the rear valve block is £1800 and they don't sell the sensor separately they sell it with the unit for £800
I did get the part number. Although lostkiwi gave it me anyway its the same
And for the electrical connector they don't sell I went to all the local scrap yards and none have it so I think I should get one made maybe if anyone can find me it I would appreciate it thanks all

Hugeee update so basically that pressure sensor that had a dodgy job doing was the culprit for everything I looked at a few pictures online showing the way the wires are supposed to be so someone put the ground on the wrong pin so I got my soldering iron and removed the ground and 1 of the 2 live wires and switched the places I then went ahead and re soldered it back together ( I will buy a proper connector and a new sensor once I find the connector) then I left the car running I could hear a hissing sound then I let it run for about 30 minutes to 45, and keeping an eye at the reservoir I then got a bike pump unscrewed the face of it and put it where the dipstick goes it sat perfectly on it I pump few times made sure not to over do it, nothing happened I then waited for my mates scanner just got it at 5.45 connected it the pressure dropped significantly from 255 to 96bar I then tried the buttons nothing working still red abc I theennn pumped and the pressure didn't increase so I tried my luck and did a level calibration at high speed where I can lift each side separately did the fronts they finally go up and down then I tried the rear I heard alot of air like alot then after my 3rd or 4th try at lifting the rear left nothing so I dropped the front left then lifted the front left then the rear right went up I got soo happy then I tried the rear right and it went up now they all go up and down with the scanner and no leaks underneath certified mekanik now I am almost out of petrol so will get a Jerry can and fill her up with v power £50 for now to try the buttons in the car, and to see if the warning has gone
I'll still keep everyone updated
Turned out I didn't need the valve block and it was my mistake I missed the point lost kiwi told me to check the pressure sensors that's my bad we learn i guess, I don't know how to thank you all with the information provided by all the lovely members( I still need to go to the mb specialist to clear the codes my mates scanner doesn't want to do it unfortunately.
Will upload a picture or two

Thank you all so much really I appreciate it all

If you fancy a drive to Daventry I can clear codes no problem.
Got no mot or tax so risking it, taking it to the mb specialist he's about 10min away and will do it for free, one of my uncles mates but doesn't want to take on the job when I asked him

But I appreciate the offer thank you, your only a 45min drive away from me maybe if something else comes up with the car I will let you know much appreciated though its been almost a month since i started this conversation and the amount of help you helped me with lostkiwi cant thank you enough much love for all the help, even to all the others thank you

Thank you all will let you know if the car goes up and down from the dashboard not the scanner hopefully it does

Screenshot the pics on your phone, then upload the screenshots - that should make them a manageable size for the forum.

They aren't all the same part. The two ending 58 are complete valve blocks, the one ending 15 is an accumulator the ones ending 217 and 918 look like pressure sensors and the last one is also a valve block.

Use the sites I gave you earlier. If you put in your vin number they will tell you the correct parts and alternative numbers

Strange that, rodents ate the wire, right at plug on my rear valve block. Benz dealer here had no prob selling me 2 plugs with 4 inch tails to solder, shrink wrap into my harness. In Nice little mb bags as well so not aftermarket??
