Looking to buy S211 Estate, E280 or upwards, Full Cream Interior

Hi

I'm looking to buy a S211 E280 or upwards, ideally E320 diesel, with a full cream/light leather interior, not black or grey.

If anyone has one they might want to sell, or know someone that might, then let me know.

I would recommend getting a facelift version. They are 2006 (normally 56 plate) and later. These don't have the SBC pump that is in the pre-facelift versions.

ok thanks, I also prefer the front bumper of the facelift, with the point. But I can always replace that if I get a pre-facelift.

Can you get a replacement cream interior?

If so, that might help with choice of car and if the black or grey one you would have surplus is in good enough nick to sell yourself, you'd only be down the cost of the labour to strip and refit (unless you did it yourself?)

Might help you get a better mechanical car for the right price...

Haha I've had a few in my sights that have gotten away.

I have thought about changing the interior but doing the dash worries me a bit, never having done anything like it before, plus I bet I'll end up breaking or lossing loads of the fixing and then struggling to find replacements. Still an option though just in case, or when I get desperate!

Designo was an upgrade option when the car was ordered, essentially letting you have any choice of colour combinations you liked, often things like a lighter shade interior or different exterior colours were taken up making some erm interesting combinations,

I have seen a couple of really garish two tone interiors for sale. I do like the tan in mine, it was the deciding factor for me taking the car on and keeping it from the scrap man.

If only my budget stretched that far! Ever since seeing the green E63 on Hoovies garage I've wanted one. An E320 will have to do.

Yes, my S211 is Brienz Blue with the Tan Designo interior which is special order. Also has booster seat option on rear seats.
