Hi,

I have a 2011 C180 with a USB/Aux/Ipod 4th input in the top right hand side of the glove compartment.

When I first bought the car, the audio was a little hit and miss, it would only play out on one side etc. Eventually this deteriorated and now no audio comes out whatsoever. My USB can still be read, and you can skip through the folders and songs no problem, but no audio is coming out of that or the aux (I don't have an ipod to test that input)

I've taken the radio out and had a look where the lead is going into to, so I could replace it. However, I cannot see where this cable is going into the back of the radio, and wiggling the cable from inside the glove compartment is not making it obvious.

Any ideas?

Sorry, badly typed on my part there.

What I mean is I can't find where the three leads from the glove compartment go into the back of the radio. I took the radio out of the headunit and looked at the wires that go into the back. The three wires from the USB/aux/ipod inputs in the glove compartment don't seem to go straight into the radio. I used this video to take the radio out, so this is the head unit https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uRjqxC1oQAk (excuse the annoying music!)

I will check on this one as soon as I can, looks as though the plug has come out.
